We have just taken on a brand new role working for London’s leading student accommodation provider. They currently have eight unique properties across London with new properties in Battersea and Canary Wharf planned. You will need to be able to go to thesesites, as required. You will be based in their HQ in Covent Garden and the role is 100% office-based. There are around 60 people in the office and the business has been going 15 years.The role reports into the COO who has responsibility for three teams - Procurement and Estates, Operations and Customer Experience. Working for 2 Directors and 2 heads of Division.Responsibilities include managing a lot of admin - booking meetings, taking Minutes and action points during 1:1s. You will also book travel and accommodation. Attention to detail is key as invoice work is part of the role and you need to ensure they arepaid on time. You will also work with an EA and you’ll both be responsible for making sure meeting rooms and the kitchen are kept clean and tidy. You will also work with the Ops Comms Exec writing articles, producing videos, posting social media etc.They are looking for someone with a great personality who is flexible, but can be assertive when necessary as you will be dealing with strong characters and personalities. You will be expected to hit the ground running.
