Job Description

Operations Manager required by a truly unique travel company. The Operations Manager will form the backbone of this small team of world-class bespoke travel organisers who specialise in curating extraordinary journeys for high-net-worth, intrepid customers.To qualify for this position, you will have several years of experience working in high-value, experiential travel. Salary 40-50K dependent upon experience.Operations Manager Responsibilities

  • Administer the client trip file and, in collaboration with colleagues, meticulously construct, cost and shape all the complexities of the journeys.
  • Liaise with an array of suppliers such as DMCs and helicopter/jet charters co-ordinating logistics and payments.
  • Engage in the very highest level of communication with clients, utilising your exceptional ability to work with them in a patient and amiable manner.
  • Deal with any questions, situations, crises that arise at any time throughout the customer journey
  • Lean on colleagues for support, as they will lean on you. A highly collaborative small team.
Operations Manager Experience required:
  • A candidate with several years of experience in immersive, experiential luxury travel
  • Exceptionally high administrative and organisational skill.
  • Ideal background would be within operations, but if operations has not been your only focus you may still be considered for this role, dependent upon your prior remit.
  • Ability to work flexibly, due to nature of role.
