One of the leading CTA funds in the industry is looking for an Operations Manager to drive its evolution and ops restructure. Following exceptional performance over recent years to tag onto a long-standing fund management business, they are now keen to addfresh perspective to their middle office.Working with the CFO/COO, you will be tasked with reinvigorating the ops infrastructure whilst ensuring the day to day of the fund runs smoothly and efficiently. It is important to note that this role won’t entail any people management, however, the viewis to upscale and upskill the business to potentially add more staff in the future.The BAU will involve close interaction with the market facing team, but also working on performance reporting/calculation, NAV management, trade recs, and general fund administration. In addition to this, there will be a great focus on process enhancementand implementation. Therefore, candidates must be able to exhibit knowledge and experience of working on projects, systems/process enhancement, and the ability to use VBA/SQL/Python etc.This is a fantastic opportunity to support the future growth of an already established fund, whose focus is now its next ‘iteration’.
