Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for any individual with a keen desire to establish themselves in investment operations.Role supporting a growing investment team from a middle office perspective.Client DetailsRapidly growing investment team based in the City of London.Description

  • Preparing allotment schedules, facilitating redemptions and processing adviser fee payments
  • Ownership for the generation of investor tax certificates, liaising with HMRC, members of the Investment team and external printers when required
  • Facilitating payments for monthly bordereaux and liaising with brokers/clients for life insurance claims
  • Administration for deceased investors, ensuring the correct documents are obtained and managing share transfers at the request of Executors of the Estate
  • Database management, ensuring data integrity is maintained across all systems
  • Production of custodian instructions and managing third party reporting requirements
  • Documentation of evolving processes and contributing ideas to gain efficiencies
Profile
  • Strong academic record
  • Minimum two years experience in an Asset Management/Financial Services role
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel, the ideal candidate will be confident with data analysis and using pivot tables
  • Experience of investor onboarding, KYC and AML requirements would be advantageous
