Colleague will be expected to work closely with Growth Operations team, finance, and ECG leadership team. Advanced analytical, project management & interpersonal skillsare essential, as well as ability to run projects independently. Key responsibilities include:Day-to-day project management of large-scale implementations

• Direct third-party resources and lead ongoing engagement, ad hoc
• Liaison with Growth Operations team, on behalf of ECG
• Partner with ABS regional operations team to identify and implement more efficient ways of working
• Develop and implement ECG operating strategy, in conjunction with ECG COO

Lead ECG platforms

• Work with COO to build and implement a formal programme management structure for ECG
• Partner with ABS to demonstrate better CVCM data & analytics, allowing Enterprise Client Leads to better target, analyze and serve T500 clients & prospects
• Supports the regional growth plan including growth of core businesses, cross-SL synergies and named strategies (e.g., ESG), works with Growth Operations team, regional management and SL leadership teams to drive growth plan execution
• Implement, monitor and lead ongoing performance measurements & critical metrics across ECG, partnering with ABS & finance teams

About youAs an Operations Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include;

• Relationship capital: Builds and maintains deep client relationships at the executive level across the organisation, and uses that capital to understand objectives, influence team thinking, and create results
• Strategy alignment: Fully understands the ECG strategy, environment and the strategic positioning of the segment; able to connect ECG strategy to all Aon capabilities
• Consulting skills: Identifies client needs and clearly articulates the problem to be solved; recognizes challenges and barriers to solving them and assembles internal resources to achieve the desired client outcome
• Financial skill: Builds strong financial foundation to analysis and decision making and is adept in discussing this stakeholders
• Effective communication: Listens and communicates with a client-centric, strategic focus and adapts communication when appropriate; clearly articulates client needs and action items internally; builds consensus within Aon and client organization
• Team management: Strong influencing skills; ensures progress for all projects and creates alignment of internal teams on related workstreams.
• Extensive industry, consulting, relevant experience with complex, global client management
