Job Description

This cutting-edge British-born brand has built their knowledge over the years of focussing on sustainable fabrics, ethics and business practiceswithin the clothing industry. As a result, they have successfully helped to develop a revolutionary bio-based textile fibre from renewable and sustainably sourced raw materials, that provides endless sustainable design possibilities with a low environmentalfootprint at an attractive cost level.What Youll Be Doing:As an Operations Coordinator, you will join our clients thriving commercial e-commerce and wholesale team based in London, managing their enviable portfolio of clients from FTSE 100 and 500 businesses alike who all require this game-changing technology thatfuses sustainability and fashion-forward sophistication.As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects within the operations portfolio, developing existing and new relationships with clients, educating local markets on sustainable and affordable textile solutions and innovations, aswell as identifying key opportunities to expand these valued relationships.What were looking for:

  • Proven experience in the following day-to-day activities: client service, sales strategies and products management, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • A unique individual with a passion for saving our home planet and for making a positive impact through your work
  • Understanding of carbon footprint and reduction policies and schemes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously whilst keeping attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with decision-making capability
  • Sense of urgency, service-oriented mindset and efficiency-driven
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with ambiguity
Desired Skills:
  • Candidate must possess the ability to thrive in a start-up culture.
  • Relevant experience with workwear and merchandising contracts is preferred.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Must be able to identify gaps for continuous improvement and contribute to meeting revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of G Suite, Asana, Slack is beneficial.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Experience in people management is a plus!
