This reputable business provides outstanding client outcomes and upholds the highest moral standards in all facets of operations.Having worked closely with this firm and placing several candidates with them they have instructed us to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team.As Operations manager you will work closely with the managing team of 10. You will oversee recruitment, which includes going over CVs, getting in touch with applicants, setting up interviews, following up with them and finding and supervising interns.In your capacity as Operations Manager, you will set up weekly meetings with new employees during their probationary period and register staff members with pertinent tools and services. Other responsibilities include helping with payroll, contributing toauto-enrolment, and making sure the companys pension plan satisfies regulatory requirements.Youll frequently be arranging quarterly board meetings and investment committee meetings where the investment and pension team evaluates new product providers and products.
