Job Description

A boutique fund manager is seeking a Operations & Client Service Analyst to join their team. This entry level role covers all areas of operations of the investment vehicles and the management company as well as assisting in client servicing.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio reconciliations
  • Client reporting
  • Answering client queries & requests
  • Trade confirmations
  • FX hedging
  • Checking compliance with UCITS guidelines
  • Assisting with company accounts.
  • Preparation of marketing materials.
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support the investment team
The role would be focused on operations and client service & will evolve as the company grows. The aim is to hire a multitasking employee who will roll their sleeves up and help across all aspects of the company.No previous experience is required. The successful candidate will be fully trained whilst working in the role. The ideal candidate is a person is looking for a career within ops/client service within financial services, while gaining exposure to other functionswithin the industry.The role requires:
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team player with ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues.
