Job Description

Operations Administrator - Construction / Interior Design - Central London/Hybrid Working - up to £28kThis is a fantastic opportunity for an entry level Administrator, ideally with 6 months+ office experience and an interest in commercial construction / interior design, to join a fantastic organisation to undertake a variety of duties including task admin,team collaboration and project coordination support.Our client undertakes a range of exciting commercial construction projects, predominantly in the media sector. Supporting the Operations Director, the Operations Administrator will handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the officeand the efficient coordination of projects and processes.Opportunity:This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and forward-thinking organisation in a role where you will be able to grow and develop as our client offers genuine support and long-term career prospects.Key responsibilities as the Operations Administrator will include:

  • Providing administrative support and undertaking general administrative duties
  • Preparing project documentation and reports
  • Processing invoices and billing (using Xero)
  • Coordinating office supplies
  • Assisting in the planning and organisation of conferences, events and activities
  • And more!
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a similar Administration / Project Coordinator / Operations support role (c 6 months+)
  • An interest in the construction or interior design sector is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence and ability to liaise at all levels
  • Organised nature with good time management capabilities and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Proactive problem solving skills
  • IT literate with working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience of using XERO is beneficial
