Key Responsibilties The maturity lifecycle of emerging operational resilience regulation, ensuring it is applied robustly across the firm, including implementation, assessment, delivery and reporting. Working closely with the Head of Resilience and Cyber Security to develop the risk appetite statements, MI, KPIs and KRIs in conjuction with the Ops Risk team to ensure operation within the agreed tolerance. The resilience governance lifecycle, maturing and updating BCP, disaster recovery plans etc. Work as an SME of the third party management team, ensuring suppliers are onboarded, assured and assessed through a lens of business resilience. Own delivery of risk & compliance control registers under the guidance of the Head of Operational Resilience and Cyber Security. Work as co chair and sec of the Crisis Management Team, collating content and ensuring minutes and actions are formally noted through a formal governance process. Responsible for the firms operational resilience program, ensuring the firms important business services, impact tolerances, resources and supporting capabilities are discovered, logged, approved, mapped and gap assessed against emerging regulation Skills/ Experience Required Demonstrable experience delivering operational resilience to an organisation (Financial Services essential) Strong knowledge of how operational resilience regulation is to be applied in relation to financial services and associated activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present independently and directly to C-Suite executives as well as other business areas Skilled at delivering concise, tailored and understandable messages across the spectrum of stakeholders Experience in business recovery and disaster recovery, including the creation of disaster recovery reports, crisis management reports and business continuity plans. CISM or business analyst certification (desirable) Working understanding of industry standard frameworks e.g ISO22301 (desirable)
