Job Summary London Contract BBBH781715 May 07, 2021 Competitive Job Description Operations Art Producer - Unique opportunity to join one of the Big4 Tech companies - Gaming Operations - Competitive salary & benefits Our client is looking for an Operations Art Producer who is passionate about creating a cutting edge virtual reality experience. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain operational procedures, manage art pipelines, scope and provide schedules, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all key stakeholders. Our client is focused on building people-first VR experiences. They believe that Virtual Reality will help define the future of online interaction and they cant build that future without you. Responsibilities: o Engage with Art Directors and Art Leads to define the art components, scope, and goals for key features within our various projects o Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine mutual vision, goals and project requirements for product features o Establish and create processes to help the art team run efficiently and smoothly o Proactively identify and mitigate production red flags while executing against ambitious targets o Consistently communicate with cross functional partners in providing schedules and timelines into the overall product development programs o Manage relationships with cross functional teams for critical input on visual targets and localized content o Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning Minimum Qualifications: o A minimum of 5+ years of experience in game development, film, or interactive media o Experience driving production process and shipping large, multi-medium projects with 3D pipelines o Proven experience prioritizing and juggling multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines o Experience working cooperatively with artists, engineers, product managers and designers o Excellent leadership, communication, and diplomatic skills o Experience with a range of production toolsets (e.g. Shotgun, Jira, Trello) o Passion for empowering creative teams to produce excellent results Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
