This role is designed for those who excel in process management, customer service, and team leadership.Benefits - Online Assessment Manager:

  • Salary: £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Employment type: 12-month fixed term contract
  • Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

About the Organisation - Online Assessment Manager:This organisation is a leading global professional body focused on quality management. It offers certifications, training, and resources for quality professionals, advocating for excellence in products and services. Actively shaping quality standards, promoting continuous improvement and excellence acrossvarious sectors.The Role - Online Assessment Manager:As the Online Assessment Manager, you will lead the organisations online assessment operation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, managing customer queries, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.You will play a key role in process improvement, team management, and representing the organisation positively to external parties.Key Responsibilities - Online Assessment Manager:
  • Oversee customer helpdesk queries, ensuring high service standards and effective resolution.
  • Develop and monitor online assessment processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate relationships with system suppliers, IT support, and training providers.
  • Lead a team dedicated to excellence in customer service.
Skills and Experience required - Online Assessment Manager:
  • Experience in managing online exams and assessment processes.
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably with an online ticketing system.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships.
  • Experience in team / people management.
Interviews - Online Assessment Manager:
  • 2 stages
    • 1st stage online
      • Scheduled for Thursday 7th and Friday 8th March 2024
    • 2nd stage in person (London)
      • Week commencing 11th March TBC
