Job Description

Ongoing Due Diligence SpecialistInvestment BankingLondon – Up to £110,000 + cash benefitGresham Hunt is partnered with a leading UK bank to find a new Due Diligence Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to act as a key decision-maker regarding clients that present a particular risk to the bank’s operations.You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of specialists focusing on complex and high risk clients
  • Provide solutions to operational risk areas from a financial crime perspective, and provide solutions to presented issues
  • Develop a risk management framework from a financial crime perspective that contributes to a controls and compliance focused environment
  • Provide financial crime advice to clients, keeping them informed of risks to their business
  • Present papers to senior management on trends within financial crime risks
  • Provide training to colleagues
The successful candidate will have:
  • 8+ years’ experience within Financial Crime
  • Specific knowledge and experience of dealing with clients within high-risk areas, in particular crypto and gaming industries
  • Experience of leading a team of specialists
  • Qualifications within Financial Crime, such as a Diploma or Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering
