Job Description

Due to internal movement my client, a leading independent Investment Management firm, currently seek and experienced Administrator to join their On-Boarding team. The role will involve the initial recording and on-going maintenance of static data for Wealth Management clients - duties will include:

  • Ensuring that client data is compliant and complete prior to account inception
  • Ensuring that all data is correct and recorded accurately
  • Investigating and identifying client data anomalies
  • Liaising with stakeholders regarding account opening and data maintenance
  • Identifying and managing exposure to risk and handle accordingly
  • Identify potential fraudulent / suspicious activity and escalate concerns
  • Provide input as to improving processes and procedures
    • Applicants must be educated to Alevel standard with a minimum of years office administration experience ideally in the financial services or investment sectors. You will possess a keen eye for detail, be highly organised and able to use initiative to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
