If you are interested on this mission, this is the opportunity to make a difference! **Summary**Reporting into the Omnichannel Manager, the Omnichannel lead will support on the overall creation of content for different toolboxes, specifically for the Oral Smokeless category as well as the Traffic Generation Campaigns. ** Job Description **We are seeking a talented and creative Omnichannel Lead (Brand communication assets creation for on and offline channels) to join our Global Marketing Team (focusing on Smoke-Free Products). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the visualcontent developed by channel leads supports our oral smokeless brand initiative as well as the Traffic Generation Campaigns. You will work closely with various stakeholders (channel managers and leads, marketing, regions, markets, and agencies) to produceassets that effectively convey our brands message and resonate with our target audience.** Key Responsibilities **- Ensure that the strategy of each channel and content supports the brand strategy and contribute to our objective. - Research trends, seek opportunities to bridge gaps we might have in our strategy and content creation. - Responsible for omnichannel alignment (visual and strategy). - Ensure that all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our brand identity.- Work closely with regional teams and markets to stay up to date with innovative solutions and increase the adaption of global communication materials created.- Follow up with budget and PO creation. - Assist with markets and regions doubts around TG Campaigns as well as Oral Smokeless toolboxes. ** Qualifications **- Bachelors degree in marketing or any related field.- Proven experience in brand assets creation for different online and offline channels.- An astute briefer with proven ability to drive and evaluate agency work.- Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and consumer journey.- An individual that can build collaborative relationships, demonstrates empathy and resilience - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse ad performance and make data-backed decisions.- Creativity and a keen eye for design and detail.- The ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment and can work with ambiguity
