We are currently looking for a techsavvy Office Manager to join a Finance firm in Mayfair. This role is 5 days in the office with some flexibility needed, salary expectations are open. Facilities infrastructure experience is needed in UPSs, HVAC and emergencygenerator power. Solid Office Manager experience is needed for a minimum of 5 years.The role- Ensure the smooth running of office related services- Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning- Ensure invoices are managed and completed in a timely manner- Maintain sufficient stock levels of office supplies
