Job Description

You, an Office Coordinator / PA, have an opportunity to join a growing sustainability company in London in a newly created role. This position will relieve HR of the Office management and PA duties that are required at their London office. The role is parttime, roughly 20 hours, and totally flexible on when you do them.Client DetailsThis exciting company helps produce food across more regions of the world, in a healthier more sustainable process. Its a very exciting timeto join their growing London office.DescriptionAs the Office Coordinator / PA, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting - manage intercom
  • Office administration
  • Stationary ordering
  • Basic health and safety - fire marshall training
  • Facilities admin - record any servicing
  • Facilitating global board meetings - assisting PA in America with this
  • Paralegal takes minutes but might need to assist
  • Assist US PA in putting board packs together
  • 365 office - excel / power point
ProfileTo be successful in applying to this role you should have:
  • Ability to work part time hours in London
  • Experience in office admin and PA duties
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great use of MS Office Packages
Job OfferYou will be rewarded with an hourly rate equivalent to 35k-40k pro rata and the potential to be made permanent.
