Job Description

  • Act as point of contact for any office related support.
  • Answer switchboard calls with a warm greeting and in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts within building.
  • Support with clear desk policy.
  • Support with desk booking processes.
  • Provide meeting room booking & AV support.
  • Manage the reception email inbox ensuring a timely response.
  • Manage stationery stock levels and requests.
  • Receive and distribute post and parcels in a timely manner.
  • Taking phone messages and emailing to the relevant person or team.
  • Welcome guests and visitors to the office.
  • Offering and making drinks, setting up breakfasts and lunches.
  • Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests and clients appropriately.
  • Arranging couriers, taxis, train travel and hotels when required.
  • Check rooms are set up accordingly and monitor cleanliness.
  • Ensure cleanliness and functionality of areas such as cloakrooms and kitchens.
Knowledge and Experience
  • At least 1 years experience working as a receptionist or customer service in a fast paced, professional environment.
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about culture
