Job Description

My client is a consultancy, around 80 in the London office across three floors. I am searching for an Office Coordinator to join the Operations team to support on a temp basis with view to go permanent. You will be based in the heart of Mayfair in officeMonday – Friday 9:00 – 6:00. This role requires a January start, if you meet the criteria and please apply today. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will be the heart of the office, act as the go to and work closely with the operations team. Day to day: - Be first point of contact for all staff- Deal with suppliers and contractors- Maintain the office seating plan- Oversee the day to day activities of the office- Provide reception cover when required- Health and safety- Meeting management and scheduling- Event coordination- Handle phone enquires- Welcoming guestsWHO YOU ARE You will be extremely organised, have the ability to multitask and can keep up in a face paced environment. You will be a team player, peoples person who enjoys building strong relationships with all employees.Required: - University degree or equivalent- 2/3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally professional environment- Strong time management skills- Outstanding communication, written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems- Great organisational skills, customer service attitude and hands-on mentality- Enthusiasm to work in a fun, international and fast-paced corporate environmentIf you are interested and meet the criteria please apply today.
