Job Description

The company has excelled over the last few years, and have grown their revenue year on year (despite the pandemic), with big plans forthe future - With 18 team members, our client is looking for another fantastic individual to join. As a small and growing business, you will have the opportunity to sink your teeth into a variety of tasks. You will be working with a range of different clientsin a number of sectors including PR, technology, and the built environment so every day can bring different ideas and challenges.The Role:The role is very varied, and includes regular and ad-hoc activities. We are looking for someone who can enhance our HR and compliance skills, whilst being eager to get involved in other aspects of the role. The current team will share some responsibilitieswith you, and you will cover each other when out of office.Duties:

  • Taking ownership of the compliance and legal activities in the business (managing the health and safety policy, managing GDPR and data privacy requirements, reviewing the Terms and Conditions of contracts)
  • Dealing with light-touch HR tasks (on-boarding, updating and creating policies)
  • Helping with some light-touch finance tasks (confirming invoices, helping to chase debtors)
  • Office managementresponsibilities and some PA duties for Directors
About you:
  • Has excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Is trustworthy and reliable
  • Has experience of managing data privacy and GDPR requirements
  • An understanding of legal documents and their terms and conditions
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite
