Office Administrator£25,000 - £30,000 + BenefitsSouth West LondonOur client is a multi-award winning bespoke tour operator with a focus on high end luxury travel to worldwide destinations.They are now seeking an office administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office, providing support to all departments and managing relationships with suppliers.Previous office administration experience with an interest in travel is an advantage although my client is open to graduates as well.The role is required to be based in the office a minimum of 4 days per week.Office Administrator ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for the smooth running of the office, from stock taking and general tidiness to reordering of supplies and dealing with ongoing maintenance.Responsibility for all elements of postage to posting brochures, family packs and gifts for clients in collaboration with the Marketing and Service teamsResponsibility for implementing the Green Teams office sustainability programme.Welcoming visiting suppliers and clients to the officeAssisting with uploading images to the image libraryManaging ongoing relationships with suppliersManaging starters/leavers and office on-boarding processOffice Administrator Experience RequiredTime spent in an office environment previously would be an advantage.Good knowledge of computer skills and ease with Microsoft 365, including its apps Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneDrive and SharepointGood organisational and time-management skills, and attention to detailOffice Administrator Salary and Benefits£25,000 - £30,000 based upon experience.23 days annual leave, increasing by one day per full year of service up to 30 daysContributory pension schemeCycle to Work scheme.Private healthcareDiscounted holidays and flightsTo apply for this Office Administrator role, please email your CV and a member of the team will be in contact to discuss the opportunity and company in more detail.
