Job Description

Office Angels are looking for switched on Office Administrator to join a nationally recognised training and consultancy provider based in Leytonstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun friendly team, and for a company who hasrapidly grown to become one of the UKs leading training and consultancy organisations.East London | Office Based | 2-3 months on-going with potential to go perm | Mon-Fri, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm | £12ph plus exclusive OA benefits! | Must be available to start immediatelyBenefits:

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sending out sales enquiries to clients and delegates via email;
  • Taking bookings for training courses;
  • To set up the training rooms as required;
  • To arrange hospitality/catering for training courses, meetings, senior management as required;
  • To respond to emails from clients and companies regarding the company products and services within 24 hours
  • To support general administration of the company as required;
  • Scanning and recording documentation, maintaining confidentiality in line with GDPR
  • To arrange for course documentation to be sent to consultants and trainers via courier services, as required.
  • Complete course material preparation a week before courses is due to begin;
  • To ensure evidence checks are carried out as per company processes;
  • Checking attendance in a timely manner and contact those who have not arrived;
  • Support the centre with social value initiatives, including VR, school visits & events;
Experience Required
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other, similar software packages. (Skillsfile, SmartAssessor and BrightOffice, etc)
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Be professional, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
