Job Description

Central Office AdministratorLocation:Hybrid (home working / London / Woking) with visits to other services, as required.Salary:£24,000 per annumHours: 35 hours per weekOur client is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel, they have been supporting older people for over 100 years. The charity aspire to a society where all older people have the opportunity to live fulfilled lives.Theydo this by delivering services personalised to individual needs and integrated with local communities.The RoleThe organisation are looking for a confident and proactive administrator. Your primary role is to work with the Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team in providing essential administrative and general office support that enables the central officeto run successfully. As part of a small and busy secretariat team, you will also provide support and cover for your secretariat colleagues and cover the switchboard and reception when required.Main duties include:

  • Inbox and diary management
  • Meeting support including diarising, distributing papers, note-taking, and following-up actions
  • Assisting with ongoing work streams such as project and vehicle administration
  • Research
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Ensuring invoices and expenses are processed accurately and on time.
About YouYou will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a secretarial or administration role working with senior managers, and a proven high standard of oral and written communication.
