Job Description

OCDEA | Home Based | PermanentRef: DB1643Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for an OCDEA to join their specialist compliance testing firm. The firm provides specialist service in SAP, SBEM, BREEAM, Water Efficiency Calculations, Air Testing, Acoustic Testing, and Energy Statements.To be considered for this OCDEA role you will have:

  • On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Experience of Part O calculations (Desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Working as an OCDEA you will:
  • Complete SAP assessments
  • Provide advice to reduce energy demands
  • Complete planning reports
  • Prepare the energy strategy for projects
  • Complete U-value calculations
