Registered Mental Nurse (Female) - Bury St EdmundsAre you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) looking for a rewarding and flexible role Do you have experience working with autism and eating disorders If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are looking for a female RMN to join our team and provide 24-hour care for a female resident who has autism and a severe eating disorder. You will be working in a service that is autism accredited and follows the best practices in supporting people withcomplex needs. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the resident’s care, as well as liaising with other professionals and agencies involved in her care.The role requires a minimum of 35 hours per week, ideally on a temp to perm basis, initially for 3 months. The base location is Bury St Edmunds, but the exact location will be disclosed to the successful candidate. The role is close to the hospitals in thearea, so you will have access to the necessary resources and support.To be eligible for this role, you must:Be a qualified RMN with a valid NMC pinHave at least 2 years of experience working with autism and eating disordersBe female, as this is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010Be flexible, reliable and able to work under pressureHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHave a DBS check or be willing to undergo oneIf you are interested in this role, please send your CV and a cover letter to us as soon as possible.
