Job Description

*** Norwegian Speaking Contract Centre Team Manager Needed *** Our London Based client is currently looking for Norwegian Speaking Contract Centre Team Manager to join their exciting new EV car Team.You will be leading a team of environmentally aware, enthusiastic individuals to supply the best-in-class customer service on behalf of one of Chinas leading smart electric vehicle brands.Hours/Pay:

  • Full Time (40 hours)
  • Monday to Saturday (5 days a week, shift between 9am-7pm)
  • £31.000 Per Annum

  • Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent mastery of English and Norwegian both linguistically (written & verbal)
  • Computer tools and specific software knowledge
  • Sense of service, quality and results
  • Ability to plan, organize, anticipate, monitor, adapt and react
  • Dynamic and stress resistant
  • Strong ability to communicate, listen and to relay information
  • Good spirit, ability to challenge oneself, team spirit, willing to be a model team player
  • Responsibilities:
  • To set-up daily the performance criteria by managing the delivered quality and the average time of conversations
  • To create and maintain an environment open to reaching goals
  • To work closely with back-office services
  • Cares about the team having all the necessary means to accomplish their mission. Optimizes these means and offer improvement solutions
  • Monitors the level of the team regarding training and knowledge, and evaluate training potential needs
  • Organizes, plan, manage and control work time (presence, training, meetings) and breaks of their team
  • Follows the activity of each agent in the team
  • Animates and motivates the team with the tools and means at their disposal
  • Makes sure the company rules are respected
