NIHR Senior Product Manager: Be Part of ResearchLeeds or LondonFaculty of Medicine & HealthSalary: £41,526 to £49,553 p.a.Post Type: Full TimeContract Type: Fixed Term (FTC for up to 10 months)Reference: MHNCC1326Do you have experience as a product managerand an interest in supporting the success of clinical research in the UK Do you have a track record of delivering innovative, public facing digital services in the health sector Are you an experienced manager with the ability to coach and motivate teamsin an Agile environmentThe Senior Product Manager is a key role in the CRNs digital services team which delivers the Be Part of Research and Join Dementia Research services. As the Senior Product Manager for the Be Part of Research service you will be theservice owner and have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the service, working closely with the Acting Head of Digital Engagement. Your role will involve leading and coaching the service delivery team to ensure the delivery of a user-centredservice that delivers the intended benefits and goals, as well as leading the operational management of the service.This is an exceptionally exciting time to take on this role since Be Part of Research has recently received significant investment as part ofthe NIHRs digital strategy and transformation. We are now establishing a new digital service within Be Part of Research, that provides an enhanced experience for participants in UK health research studies. As Senior Product Manager you will play a criticalrole in supporting the delivery of this new service which is being led by the Acting Head of Digital Engagement. As Senior Product Manager you will have responsibility for ensuring all aspects of Be part of Research meet accessibility and other standards.You will also be the lead point of contact for key delivery partners such as regulators, the Devolved Administrations and NHS, ensuring such stakeholders are actively involved in shaping the future direction of the service.
