Are you a people person, excited by the opportunity to bring together a group and lead them in the creation of a digital support programme for people suffering from Long Covid We are looking for a confident and approachable person that is experienced leading projects with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment to join our Research & Innovation team as Project Lead, aimed to radically improve the voluntary services response to support people with Long Covid.For some people, coronavirus can cause symptoms that last weeks or months after the infection has gone. This is commonly known as Long Covid. AUK-BLF have secured funding from NHS England and NHS Improvement to establish a holistic care pathway within the voluntary sector to complement NHS services and support people with Long Covid with their diverse symptoms. Reporting to the Director of Research & Innovation, you will lead the work to develop this digital support programme. This will include project managing the iterative, user-centred development of digital tools and information, as well as managing collaboration between internal and external stakeholders (e.g. other health charities, Long Covid peer-support groups, employment support services), creating an alliance to contribute to the development. Youll be confident in building partnerships with that alliance, creating the plan for delivery and ensuring their buy in to ensure the project runs smoothly. You will have experience of planning, tracking and reporting on projects and delivering them within a strict timeline and budget.
