Job Description

Multimedia DesignerPharma/HealthcareLarge Scale Print - Retouching - 40KHybridWe are currently working with a global healthcare communications agency who are looking to bring a Multimedia Designer to the team. The Designer will work within the pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare environment, across a range of specialist sectors creating solutions and innovative design that contributes an impactful understanding of client requirements. The Design focus will be on large scale print, producing high-end retouching using Photoshop.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with the wider team to translate briefs into engaging, stand-out designs
  • Working closely with the team to provide innovative creative solutions that are strictly to brief and demonstrate a clear, accurate understanding.
  • Maintaining a high-standard of creative work, brining fresh ideas to the team
  • Presenting work and ideas with ultimate confidence, both internally and externally
  • Taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of projects and collaborating with the team
  • Communicating any unforeseen issues with the team
  • Work on projects with minimal supervision
  • Present at pitches and client meetings
  • Liaise with clients (including face-to-face meetings) and develop good working
  • relationships with clients and medical teams
  • Have a strong input into meetings, clearly demonstrating your strategic and branding knowledge
  • Demonstrating a strong knowledge of large-scale print design
  • Retouching using tools such as Photoshop
Key Experience
  • Strong experience in creating large scale print and retouching using photoshop
  • Supporting other team members and brining fresh, innovative ideas to the team
  • 4+ years in a design-based roleboasting a strong portfolio of specialist design
  • Preferableexperience working in the pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare environment
  • A relevant design background, for example a degree or similar level industry experience
  • Willingness to think innovatively and creatively, and to be adaptable/flexible
  • A proactive team member that supports and nurtures junior staff
  • Familiarity with pharma, knowledgeable within science and pharma guidelines
  • Experience using 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Maya
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and jQuery
  • Experience using CLM systems like Veeva
  • Any development experienceparticularly in WordPress / Laravel
