Job Description

For one of our clients we are currently looking multiple multilingual Customer Service Representative, working from the comfort of his/her own home in the UK. This is an exciting and fast paced role where you will be supporting influencers and celebritiesacross a wide range of genres. We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual who speaks multiple languages, is articulate, excellent at building relationships and can provide the best customer experience possible.Your responsibility will include:

  • Research on new creators and outreach to engage with new creators. This will be across a wide range of genres including; music, gaming, sports, beauty, comedy and lots more
  • Thoroughly research on potential creators before engaging in a VIP call, to ensure relevant content and promotional suggestions
  • Discuss promotional activity, deliver video calls to potential creators and provide ongoing support
  • Liaise with potential sign ups via social media, email or video calls and ensure follow ups with potential sign ups are done
About you:You are a flexible person and have no issues working differing flexible hours from the comfort of your own home.   • A good level of English (B2 or higher) combined with one of the following languages on C1-level or higher: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian
  • A passion for social media and an understanding of all platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook) is a must
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in Customer Service or in a Client facing role
  • Available to start on short notice from the comfort of your own home, while being located in the UK.
