Multi Trade Operatives - Carpentry and/or Roofing based qualifications requiredLocation: Head Office NW2, working in London area within M25Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 + overtime per annum and company van/fuel cardContract: Full time, permanentKBK Property Services is a 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance company operating within the M25. We cater to block management and letting agents but due to continued growth, we are looking to add experienced Multi Trade Operatives to our small team based in North London. Trades include, plumbing, trace and access, carpentry, roofing, decorating, plastering, tiling, electrical and locks.As a qualified Multi Trade Operative with a minimum of 15 years’ experience, you will undertake allocated repairs within agreed timescales to a high specification whilst working under minimal supervision. The candidate must be able to take on small projects e.g. fitting kitchens / bathrooms from start to completion.Carpentry will be your main trade, but experience in the following areas is also necessary:• Small projects - fitting kitchens and bathrooms from start to completion• Carpentry - laying engineered and solid floors• Plumbing - basic plumbing including changing taps, sink etc• Roofing• Tiling• Patch plastering• General MaintenanceYou must hold a valid driver’s licence, have own tools.You will be supplied with a company van, fuel, phone and uniform.Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
