Were looking for a Multi-skilled and enthusiastic carpenter able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the North London region, which also includes East and West London.Youll be required to undertake Legal Disrepair case work, often involving larger scale repairs, within a Complex Works team. We complete over 1,000 responsive repairs every day and are committed to providing a high quality service for all our residents.What we are looking forWith a relevant experience in your primary trade as a carpenter and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer skills, professional standards and a can do pro-active attitude. As a team player youll also enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.Youll have excellent all round general build skills and knowledge, experience of timber sash windows is desirable. Additional trade skills are required, alongside your primary / main trade, such as some of the following; plumbing, plastering, vinyl flooring, roofing, painting and decorating and ground works. Youll carry out the full range of property maintenance and remedial works to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.Youll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools youll need.
