Job Description

Multi Lingual Business Analyst - Insurance - ArtificialIntelligenceWe are working with a leading London based insurer to find a Multi Lingual Business Analyst to work as part of a AI Business Solutions group. You will join a fast-paced, high-energy team responsible for transforming the way the insurer operates globally anddeliver meaningful business impact across the value chain.This position offers the opportunity to leverage the entire spectrum of digital capabilities towards solving a wide variety of business problems as well as unique challenges in problem-solving. The focus is on applying a combination of industry-standard practicesand innovative ideas to transform the way the insurer operates fundamentally.Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business processes and provide AI solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Facilitate workshops to identify business requirements and AI use cases
  • Develop and implement AI strategies for clients
  • Work with clients to review existing AI systems and recommend improvements
  • Manage AI projects from conception to implementation
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that meet business needs
  • Provide training and support to clients as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AI Consultant or comparable experience
  • Fluent in Spanish, French, and Portuguese or any European language
  • Strong experience in analyzing processes, facilitating workshops, and creating business use cases
  • A background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and/or robotics
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools, techniques, and algorithms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify areas of improvement
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, orfrom Insurance Change and Transformation background
