Job Description

Mortgage and Protection Broker - City of London(As well as working from home WFH. A highly flexible approach)Our client is a highly personable, reputable, and award-winning Mortgage & Protection Brokerage that specialises in property finance for Residential, Commercial & Specialist Finance and New Homes transactions.   • Guiding customers through the house buying process - dealing with cases from first time buyers, buy to let investors, new homes owners, refinancers and much more
  • Being a point of contact for customers to advise, assist and explain the process at various stages to ensure the customer can make informed decisions
  • Sourcing the best options for the clients from the whole of market and being able to explain why these options are appropriate.
  • Dealing with lead sources, such as estate agents and building a relationship whilst growing the brand
  • Attending mortgage surgeries at large corporates in London to offer financial advice and discuss options
  • Work in a team of advisors that offers support, advice, and entertainment!
Skills required:
  • Full CeMAP
  • A minimum of 18 months experience as a mortgage adviser within an independent environment
  • Must have CAS status
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A team player
  • Great attention to detail
