EA Recruitment have been instructed by our long-standing client, a highly successful West London based independent Estate Agency to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their in house mortgage brokerage.Despite the pandemic, our client continues to be extremely profitable and is registering an average of 120 new sales applicants per month plus all the applicants coming in through the lettings side of the business which presents a lucrative opportunity for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor. Plus a database with over 20,000 property owners, buyers and tenants which you will have access to for marketing campaigns and to provide regular information and mortgage updates.As sole Mortgage Broker for the branch, you will offer compliant Mortgage & Protection advice to a wide range of customers in the local area. You will be working in conjunction with Property Negotiators, who are highly motivated (and financially incentivised) to create leads for you.It is essential that you hold the CeMAP qualification and that you have independent mortgage and protection broking experience. To fit in with the values of this company, you will also be a very strong company ambassador; articulate, friendly, professional and driven. Experience of working within an estate agency environment would be advantageous, although this is not essential.This is a superb opportunity to earn substantial income, whilst working for a highly successful firm that is free from a lot of the bureaucracy that can be found with some of the larger, corporate players.Responsibilities:
