Prospectus is delighted to be working with an international philanthropic organisation that supports programmatic work around the world as they look to appoint a new Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to their team for a 12 -15 month maternity cover contract.The organisation works with a wide range of partners seeking to transform and empower the lives of poor and vulnerable children and adolescents in developing countries, with the ultimate goal of solving seemingly intractable challenges to ensure all childrenand adolescents have the chance to survive and thrive. The organisation aims to play a catalytic role as a funder and influencer to deliver urgent and systemic change at scale.This is an exciting opportunity for a professional passionate about driving developmentto be more effective, equitable, and efficient through evidence and identifying best practice to join the organisation and help shape and drive evidence, measurement and evaluation.The role of the EME Analyst is to support the EME Director and Managers inensuring that the organisations investments are informed by a robust evidence base, are designed to achieve tangible impact consistent with their vision, and have effective measurement and evaluation systems.The successful candidate for this position willhave a strong quantitative background, ideally with a Masters degree in epidemiology, statistics, demography, economics, social sciences.
