Mobilisation Coordinator - 6 Month Fixed Term ContractThe Role...NHS Property Services manages 3500 properties, representing 10% of the NHS Estate. As part of our FM offering, we undertake many mobilisation and demobilisation projects according to the business and NHS needs.Key to these projects is accurate data, validating data and requirements gathering and the subsequent follow up actions and this role sits within the heart of this to provide this support!The Job Itself... The role is responsible for supporting the mobilisation / demobilisation of Hard and Soft FM services within strict deadlines. Providing support to all areas of FM Operations to deliver change projects. The role holder will support in ensuring that Business processes, procedures and target operating models are implemented. The role holder will proactively engage with key stakeholders nationally to ensure a standardised approach is met for FM service delivery. The role holder will support the Project/Mobilisation Managers to assist the Operational Teams in transitioning current methods of working to meet NHS PS standards, providing the Operational Teams with a range of tools to maintain, audit and improve on service delivery. The role holder will work closely with the Service Assurance Managers to ensure that all services are working in line with current NHS PS standards by undertaking regular service line audits. The role holder will be responsible for recording and maintaining associated documentation to support FM service delivery as systems and processes develop.The role covers a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of effective change and realisation of the required benefits. The role will assist with the smooth running of the project / programme by supporting the project / programme manager through the operation of project / programme management processes, and the co-ordination of actions and activities on their behalf.The role holder will be required to schedule and attend all weekly project meetings. You will be responsible for capturing accurate minutes and actions from each of the project meetings, to support the Mobilisation Managers. The role holder will be expected to issue meeting notes and actions from all project meetings, in a timely manner and proactively pursue regular project updates from each of the work-streams. You will be expected to regularly monitor progress against the project plans with the work-streams and liaise with the project / programme manager to ensure the plan remains on track.You will be required to travel across the area to undertake data gathering exercises in the development of business cases/proposals for change projects within FM services.The Person:Accuracy and attention to detail will be a key part of the role along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has Excellent analytic, problem solving and process mapping skills and a Proficient user of Microsoft Office. Able to work to tight timelines and works well under pressure. A valid UK Drivers license Required skills
