Job Description

Reference Number: SEC-MSS-LOND-TA-1312/R1Job Title: Mobile Security SupervisorLocation: London E16Pay Rate: £15.51 p/hHours per week: 12-42hrsShift Times: 7:00-19:00 and 19:00-7:00Working days: Days, Nights and weekend shifts sometimes at short notice/ 12 hour shifts on no set scheduleAtalian Servest are recruiting for a Mobile Security Supervisor. As a Mobile Supervisor, you will action a variety of operational assignments including security, patrol work, guarding, key holding, emergency response, trespass security, trespass eviction, surveillance monitoring assignments, general security work and produce the necessary reports that apply thereafter.Duties will include-

  • Provide front line management to all security operations across the CSJV portfolio.
  • Act as designated first responder to all incidents across the CSJV portfolio, including taking command and control of incidents until such time as relieved by a member of the client’s Bronze level incident response team.
  • Maintain effective contact with the customers and colleagues at all sites, developing a good relationship whilst promoting additional company services as and where appropriate.
  • All site documentation is present and correct on each site. Regular updates and audits of kit, equipment, PPE and AI’s undertaken.
  • Assist in the drawing up, monitoring and auditing of KPI’s. Ensure all sites are maintained to the required standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, security provision requirement and assisting in preparing AI’s.
  • Answer general employee queries, including pay and holiday queries, liaising with Payroll & HR Advice as required.
  • Escalate welfare needs of colleagues as necessary.
  • Conducting and owning investigations as required, presenting cases to Account Managers and HR in a timely fashion with all relevant evidence being submitted in an agreed format.
  • Taking ownership of the contract vehicle fleet, including maintenance and issues as required.
  • Mobile Supervisor are required to wear PPE at all times.
  • Adhere to company code of conduct.
  • Deputise for the Account Manager in their absence.

  • CCTV licence would be an advantage.
  • Competent level skills in core IT Applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
  • Judgment skills – able to understand context and consequences of decisions and actions e.g. Balance the needs of the individual and the business.
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Decision making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence to take the initiative with the ability to improvise and be proactive.
