Job Description

MINI Customer Advisor (Genius)Stephen James is looking for a MINI Customer Advisor (Genius) to ensure the customer receives the very best service and experience at each point of their MINI sales journey. Full training will be provided to enable you to carry your role with confidenceand passion.Your roleAs the MINI Customer Advisor (Genius), you will be an instrumental part of the customer’s MINI Adventure. You will be enthusiastically introducing them to the MINI brand using your knowledge of all the vehcile models in the range. You will demonstrate theunique features and technologies that make owning a MINI an absolute delight and be a point of contact for customers prior to delivery & post-sale.The main duties of the role include:

  • Provide product presentation, explaining the vehicle benefits and features
  • Create CitNows (video presentation) for new MINI enquiries and handovers
  • Provide a comprehensive and enjoyable handover experience to our customers
  • Prepare customer’s MINIs to our high standards
  • Maintain customer relationships pre and post-sale.
  • BMW/MINI APP Champion - Promoting App and sign up with customers
  • Maintain the showroom display
Your profile
  • Natural talent for connecting with people, strong communication and the ability to develop rapport and trust with customers
  • Strong team player, keen to go the extra mile for colleagues and customers
  • Excellent administrative & IT skills
  • Ability to learn and develop, and keep up to date with complex/technical/product information
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to deal with multiple priorities
  • Ideally have experience working in the service or sales industry with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid clean UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 1 year
