MIDWEIGHT DESIGNER - BRAND DESIGN AGENCYWe are currently looking for an ambitious and talented Midweight Designer to join our clients TOP Brand Design Agency based in London. The ideal candidate will have a showstopping portfolio showcasing their inspiring designs aswell and explaining the fullcreative thought process with each brief they are given.Working with a fantastic portfolio of clients your main role will include:-Working in a fast-paced agency environment, designing independently or as part of a team depending on each project-Presenting your designs with confidence to the team and to clients with senior support.-Producing a high percentage of creative concepts for each presentation-Seeing each project through from conception to completion-Making sure your voice is heard when inputting to each design critique-Driving to have your design chosen every time and helping to implement the winning design after-Always wanting to act as a creative catalyst on each project, helping to inspire juniors and impress the senior designers-Create mood-boards, audits and presentations-Involvement in art direction of photo-shootsRequirements for the role:-Being able to develop and displace a thorough knowledge of digital software required in your role-Accurate and on time completion of time sheets-Commercial awareness-TEAM player-3 years experience as a designer in an agency environment-Great communication skills
