As part of the TVF Media group, TVF Digital has worked at the forefront of new media for more than 10 years, with clients including BBC, Ogilvy & Mather, IBM, Vice, McCann World Group, and the HowTheLightGetsIn Festival, the worlds largest philosophy and music festival.We are looking for a Mid-Level full-stack Developer to join our close-knit and expanding team working on a range of fast-paced digital projects across TVF Medias divisions and our external clients. Under the supervision of the Technical Lead, you will be taking on responsibility for delivering work to the highest quality as well as driving forward development processes that keep the company at the cutting edge. From the outset you will be given a high level of responsibility and opportunities to use your talent and skills to push web development boundaries.The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements: At least 3 years relevant agency experience. Strong experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL. In-depth knowledge of either NodeJS or PHP. Comfortable working with javascript, HTML5 and CSS3. Experience working with a CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Silverstripe, Joomla). Working knowledge of SVN or git version control systems. Experience with a javascript framework (Angular, React, etc.) Being comfortable working with Linux web servers and experience configuring Apache or Nginx is a bonus. Understand and ability to work within Agile workflows. Ability to deliver large and complex projects independently. Analytical mindset with good numeracy skills.The successful candidate will have an exceptional educational background (a minimum of 2:1 from a top university), strong technical skills, and impeccable references.
