Job Description

Microsoft Dynamics Technical Architect - £75,000 - £95,000 - London | HybridMy client is at the forefront of innovation within the manufacturing industry, pioneering the development of cutting-edge solutions for airlines, logistic, and transport firms across the European Union and Great Britain.Their commitment to excellence andtheirclient-centric approach have positionedthem as preferred partners for industry leaders seeking reliable and robust technology solutions, helping companies to overcoming stock, staffing, and procurement solutions. With a technical team of 45+, theyre nowlooking to onboard a Technical Architect to oversee some of the core CRM/CE operations and the Dynamics team (of 8 individuals).Key Responsibilities within the role:

  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead the technical delivery of customer engagement solutions and ensure alignment with the business objectives.
  • Conduct hands-on configuration, customisation, and extension of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.
  • Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business-critical systems ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into technical specifications..
Pro-Code Skills:
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 customizations and configurations including the use of Solution Management, Sitemap, and Ribbon customizations.
  • Proficient in developing Dynamics 365 applications with .NET (C#), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experienced in working with the Dynamics 365 SDK and API for complex integrations and custom development.
  • Solid understanding of the Common Data Service (CDS), PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI for enhancing Dynamics 365 capabilities.
