Job Description

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional ConsultantHybrid remote working from any U.K office (This is an essential part of the role, please only apply if you can work hybrid remote)£75k-£85k + benefitsWe are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join a leading innovative data team in a prestigious organisation. Our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package.This opportunity sits within a predominantly client facing role, so we expect the successful candidate to be confident liaising with end customers and are able to communicate with all levels of seniority.Key skills:

  • Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Full lifecycle experience of ERP based programmes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and knowledge of the supporting business processes.
  • Proven experience in the Finance module but willing to explore other modules.
  • An understanding of the wider Microsoft stack and be able to leverage it to create powerful solutions (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365)
  • Demonstrable skills in facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting user needs, translating requirements into business processes, stakeholder engagement, creative thinking, presentation and coaching.
Key responsibilities:
  • Work with client stakeholders to discover user needs, goals and objectives of an organisation and design the right processes and solutions for them.
  • Work as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in everything Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Liase with Solution Architects and Developers to outline high level and low-level solution designs.
  • Re-engineer business processes/ Business Process Management and advise on enhancements based on best practice and Dynamics 365 knowledge.
  • Own the functional design of the solutions being delivered to ensure both user needs are met, and the solution is in line with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
The successful Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant will be joining a growing team of Dynamics consultants within the business, this is due to growth within the team.
