• Developing modern, cloud-based applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven) and Power Automate

• Creating business process automation using Power Platform technologies

• Developing SharePoint Online solutions including SharePoint home sites, hub sites and Modern SharePoint sites

• Deploying Microsoft 365 content migration into SharePoint Online and Teams

• Working with Microsoft Teams planning, governance, and adoption

• Understanding customer business processes and requirements and developing a solution to match

• Successfully performing release management at go-live stages of a project

• Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues

• Supporting presales technical activities

• Continuous learning and development - including gaining certifications in Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies = to benefit both your career and the organisation

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSEssential

• Relevant experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies (Teams, SharePoint Online and Power Platform)

• Must be a self-motivated individual

• Have a willingness to learn

• Have a professional approach to problem solving

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable

• Experience of SharePoint on-premises including classic workflows

• Experience of PowerShell

• Experience of Microsoft Dataverse

• Experience of SQL

• Experience of governance, security, and compliance within M365 suite

• Adoption and Change Management (ACM) experience

• Experience of 3rd party products such as Sharegate, Nintex, etc
