DescriptionThe STP Product Management Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the CME STP service, this role requires extensive technical skills as well as a thorough understanding of the underlying business and associated workflows. The individual mustbe able to nurture and maintain relationships within all levels of the customers organization. Principal Accountabilities: 1. The STP product management manager will be responsible for the implementation of the CME STP API across key and strategic CME customers. The role will be to implement and manage the integration of a clients back office systems with the CME STP API. TheSTP product management manager will be required to interface with customers and solicit in-depth feedback on market trends and assist in how we can revise, create, or package our STP offerings to fit their needs. In this role, the STP product management managerwill need to coordinate with customers and build relationships. The role will also need to work with relevant BLM, marketing, and other CME specialist to introduce and educate clients on CME Groups products and services. 2. The STP product management manager will act as a project manager on each clients integration projects; they will be required to track and report on the clients progress and coordinate with internal and external technical teams ensuring any obstacles areaddressed. The role will require frequent communication with CME management on the status of each customer integration along with detailed reports showing the overall progress of integrations and how well they align to specific CME BLM campaigns. 3. The STP product management manager will also act as an account manager ensuring that all client integrations going forward are actively maintained, and any technical or product issues are addressed. The STP product management manager role will be responsible for helping clients understand how to implement and integrate the CME STP service into the clients organization and systems, an extensive knowledge of the trade lifecycle is required The STP product management Manager will spend approximately 25% of their time on developing new and innovative solutions. CME clients back office systems are highly customized; this role requires an in-depth technical knowledge as well as a deep understandingof a clients systems and workflows. Customers back-office system are varied and complex, in some cases, a client will have as many as five different back office systems, this role requires a creative approach to problem-solving as well as a deep understandingof trade life cycle along with the ability to juggle multiple implementations simultaneously. Education: An undergraduate degree. Experience: Direct experience working within the trading industry previous experience from a major IDB or market data vendor, systems integration.
