Job Description

Membership ManagerMembership Manager required to join international membership organisation based in impressive offices in the City - £60,000-£70,000 plus great benefits Great opportunity for a Membership Manager to join a growing organisation whose international client base is predominantly within the financial services sector. In this newly created role you will lead on communication and relationship management to ensuremember satisfaction targets are met and exceeded, working with one direct report. You will work in fantastic offices in the heart of the City in an office of 30 people and will have the opportunity to work remotely for c. 2 days per week - but must also befree to attend meeting with members across the UK and join the off evening event (c. one a month).Duties will include:

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients to ensure smooth onboarding / membership processes
  • Organise engagement events for members including training sessions and webinars
  • Drive member satisfaction levels and oversee satisfaction surveys and audits
  • Assist prospective members with application process
  • Work across departments e.g. finance, compliance, events, digital and comms to ensure policies and procedures are correct
  • Produce engaging content for membership sections of website
  • Line manage one direct report
This role would suit a candidate with previous experience in a membership organisation, plus an understanding of the financial services industry would be beneficial. You will be trained on the organisation’s CRM system but previous experience using MS Dynamics/ similar is preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a small organisation in this newly created role with lots of scope for building relationships with both members and colleagues.Salary £60 - 70,000 plus excellent benefits including discretionary bonus, 25 days’ holiday, medical cover, enhanced pension and hybrid working
