Working for the Uks leading gardening organisation you will provide exceptional client service to a growing membership community of over 600k members. Based in our Members, Editorial and Marketing Department, in beautiful London Offices you will be dealingwith a variety of emails and other written correspondence from our existing members and the general public. No two days will be alike from advising how to navigate the website to helping someone new to the Association choose the best membership for them, fromrecording changes of information to giving directions to their shows.You will need superb written English to reply to correspondence and requests for information.This role also requires a high level of accuracy of data entry in order to update and maintain our in house database. You will need to have a flexible approach to work, the ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail.The job is initially a contract role for approximately 6 months. There could be a possibility to become permanent if desired.This is an exciting time to join this organisation who are making a landmark multi million pound investment in the future of horticulture over the next 10 years.
