This is a great opportuinity for someone that works in the Mechanical maintenance trade.Client DetailsThe Client is a well-known Theatre Group based in the heart of London.Description* To assist in the preparation and implementation of planned maintenance routines, report on effectiveness of those routines and make recommendations to improve practices.* Carry out routine cleaning of plant and Facilities spaces as directed.* To report on any plant/equipment/installations deterioration and recommend required action.* To assist in the production of Planned Preventative Maintenance records (PPM).* To carry out reactive tasks as and when required.* To accurately and legibly complete PPMs to agreed and specified timescales and write reports as required.* To work with the National Theatres CAFM System. This is a software-based system used for the recording and submission of planned and reactive maintenance.* To work with the National Theatres BMS (Trend) and lighting system (Lutron), both software-based systems.* To provide a first-class, responsive service; ensuring always to be courteous and attentive, with a focus on customer service.* To provide cover in the event of an emergency and respond to emergency situations in accordance with the National Theatres emergency procedures.Profile1. Similar experience in a Facilities/Building Maintenance environment.2. Appropriate technical skills/experience: basic plumbing, basic carpentry, painting & decorating and basic electrics e.g. portable appliance testing and changing lamps.3. Ability to demonstrate high levels of adaptability; quick to take on board new ideas, logical in addressing technical or customer related issues and a flexible approach when doing tasks.4. A knowledge of emergency procedures.5. Punctual with strong time management skills and working to tight deadlines.6. A strong focus and experience of delivering excellent customer service.7. The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, without supervision.8. The ability to remain calm under pressure, in stressful situations, and in an emergency.9.
