Job Description

Position: Mechanical Services Engineer - HVACLocation: Mobile role based in and around LondonSalary: Circa £45,000 per annumA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Mechanical Services Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. This mobile role, based in and around London, offers the chance to work on diverse projects in air conditioning, ventilation, and commercialheating. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the companys operations, contributing to bespoke mechanical services design & build, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and commercial heating installations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting mechanical services design & build projects.
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and commercial heating systems.
  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with mechanical systems.
  • Managing and maintaining tools and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • F Gas qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in mechanical services design & build, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and commercial heating installations.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) procedures.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving license.
