REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Education or equivalent (PGCE) Bachelor in teaching subject Minimum 2 years teaching experience International Baccalaureate (IB) Curriculum experience Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Good judgement and an analytical mind Excellent communication and organizational skills Imagination, creativity and a sense of humorJOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare lesson materials, homework, assignments, test, etc. to meet curriculum goals Create an interactive classroom environment for the students Develop and implement effective learning programs To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students To facilitate and encourage an outstanding learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential Manage student behaviour in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and parents regarding student progress and student needs Be aware of the latest curriculum developments and research on learning in the curriculum area Be available to assist with extra-mural activities and outingsPlease note: Only candidates being considered will be contacted
